BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:50 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is on the verge of reaching the southeastern axis of the Idlib Governorate after making a swift advance in the northeastern countryside of the Hama Governorate.

Led by their 39th and 40th brigades of the 4th Mechanized Division, the Syrian Army has captured several towns from the Al-Qaeda linked Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham terrorists in the northeastern part of Hama.

With only a handful of towns left under HTS’ control, the Syrian Army will look to ramp up their operations in northeast Hama before the new year.

Meanwhile, also making a bid for the remaining towns in northeast Hama and southeast Idlib is the Islamic State, who has already seized several areas from Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham.

This is good news of an ongoing conflict. Why did Iran make premature announcements of its completion?
Awkward to justify in social media. :/
