The Syrian Marines, backed by the National Defense Forces (NDF) and Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP), reportedly imposed full control over two points and a village in the northern Latakia countryside after a violent battle with the jihadist rebels of Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group) and Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham.

According to an Al-Masdar field correspondent, the Syrian Armed Forces liberated points 474 and 616 near the imperative hilltop village of ‘Ayn ‘Issa in northern Latakia.

Following the liberation of points 474 and 616, the Syrian Armed Forces were able to take full control of ‘Ayn ‘Issa from the jihadist rebels.

As a result of their military success on Tuesday, the Syrian Armed Forces are now on the verge of splitting the jihadist pocket in northern Latakia, leaving them cutoff from the Idlib Governorate at Jabal Al-Turkmen (Turkmen Mountains).

there have been exactly zero tactical carpet bombing and no true carpet bombing at all as Russian strategic bombers have limited bomb loads.

dude’s maps are consistently oriented incorrectly; he, certainly, has no military ground forces experience.

to orient correctly, turn this image ~85 degrees to the right.
