BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:00 A.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) announced last night that they will agree on a ceasefire in Idlib if the militants retreat from the 20-km-long demilitarized zone in northwestern Syria.

According to a military source near the front-lines, the Syrian Army is willing to halt their hostilities if the militants agree to fulfill their obligations as part of the September 17, 2018 ceasefire agreement.

The source said that the Syrian Army is giving the militants one last chance to salvage the September 17 deal; if they do not withdraw from the area, the military will resume their operations.

The militants were supposed to withdraw from the demilitarized zone last October; however, they later reneged and continued their hostilities in the area.

This later prompted the Syrian Arab Army to launch a large-scale offensive in northwestern Hama, which has resulted in a substantial number of gains for the military.

Just keep going until they ask you to stop! No good letting them think your weak or not wanting to wipe them out! Just wait till they beg and then you will get some sort of real agreement.

Absurdo esta decisión, el alto al fuego sólo sirve para fortalecer a los terroristas con ayuda de Erdogan.

Nestor,
Por supuesto. Por supuesto Nestor.
This is a total and complete error as the near future will prove !
El futuro cercano mostrará que tiene Usted (y todos que de igual modo opinan acá) total razón !
Se sigue asi, sera un completo regalo para el bandido Erdog. Esto desde un punto de visto militar y politico!
A total gift for Erdog either militarilly and politically !
Saludos cordiales. Christian Syrian
