BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:45 P.M.) – Minutes ago, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), alongside the Palestine Liberation Army (PLA), seized several points inside the town of Al-Qaboun in eastern Damascus.

Led by their 105th Brigade of the Republican Guard, the Syrian Arab Army stormed the Al-Tahrib Souq Street in Al-Qaboun this morning, resulting in a series of intense clashes that are still ongoing at the moment.

According to local sources, the Syrian Arab Army made a significant advance inside Al-Qaboun today, capturing a large chunk of the Al-Tahrib Souq Street after several hours of battle.

In addition to the fighting in Al-Qaboun, the Syrian Arab Army continued to apply pressure on the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham inside Jobar today, striking a number of points under the control of the enemy forces.

I don’t understand:
Since more than 3 months, I read every week that the SAA”made a significant advance inside Al-Qaboun”.
And nothing is moving on the front lines . No change at all!(for a so little piece of land)!
Explain me?
