BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Air Force (SyAAF) has launched a powerful assault in southwest Idlib, today, targeting the areas controlled by the jihadist rebels.

According to a military communique from nearby Latakia, the Syrian Air Force has launched well over 60 airstrikes this afternoon, hitting a number of jihadist bases and trenches inside the Jisr Al-Shughour District.

In addition to the Syrian Air Force’s attack, their allies from the Tiger Forces have carried out their own assault that is concentrated on the Al-Ghaab Plain.

The Tiger Forces are reportedly using attack helicopters to target the bases of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham, Jabhat Tahrir Souriya, the Free Syrian Army (FSA), and the Turkestan Islamic Party.

This large-scale air assault by the SyAAF comes on the eve of the Syrian Arab Army’s upcoming offensive in northern Hama and southwest Idlib.

Sounds like the Kurds are not going to make the final push and so no credit for bargaining (begging forgiveness) in the reformation of Syria Proper. It will be Syrian citizens or out laws.
