DAMASCUS, SYRIA (10:20 A.M.) – The Turkish regime accused the Syrian Air Force of killing three of their soldiers in the eastern countryside of the Aleppo Governorate on Thursday.

According to a statement released by the Turkish Armed Forces, the Syrian Air Force was conducting airstrikes near the key town of Al-Bab, when one of their bombs hit Turkish military positions in the area.

The Syrian Ministry of Defense has not commented on this matter, despite the allegations made by Ankara on Thursday.

The Syrian Air Force has been targeting the islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) militants in the Al-Bab Plateau and Deir Hafer Plains lately; furthermore, they have never had any confrontation with the Turkish-backed rebels, so the claim is rather odd.

Al-Masdar News reached out to sources at the Kuweires Military Airport; however, they were not available to comment on the matter.

More details to come…

It was time to start stopping the Turks. Well done and hope it is just the beginning. Very good and forceful indirect response to the Turkish artillery attack of yesterday.. My congratulations to the SAA.

I could be inclined to do so but… Just get info on the number of military vehicles Turkey massed on the border in the last months and well, although a serious lack of pilots (350 were fired or jailed), THK is much seriously equiped than what remains of SyAAF. Now, as Turkey is doing an illegal invasion, I can just tell that Turkish forces in Syria are not under NATO umbrella, but now, I’d have to go into the charter to know if a NATO country violates international laws and faces itself under attack due to these violations, it stills… Read more »

Sultan Erdogan consider Syria (and Iraq) provinces of his Ottoman Empire. This retard is +1 century late, he must believe he’s Enverdogan Pasha of the infamous Young Turks triumvirat, the 3 mofos who decided of the Armenian, Greek and Assyrian genocides… He should learn history : Enver Pasha ended under the machinegun fire from the Armenian battalion of the Red Army, commanded by Hagop Melkumian. Well, at least he didn’t died like a p***y : he charged them on horse back with sabre in hand. His two buddies ended like cowards : they flee Turkey and were found by Armenian… Read more »

After getting their buffer zone, NATO is now trying to get their long desired northern Aleppo no fly zone through Turkish wheeling and dealing again. The idea now is to probe Russia’s stance toward further violation of Syrian sovereignty and eventually send in some Patriot missile batteries for a start pending the deployment of full AWACS coverage as decided back in July during the Warsaw NATO summit.

You read it right dude: a defacto no fly zone if Turkey(NATO) is not stopped from deploying Patriot batteries over its northern Aleppo defacto buffer zone established by its Euphrates Shield operation.

Sorry Mammouth but it makes no sense. Turkey have their own AWACS : E-7 Wedgetail! The NFZ is already in place, it’s a Russian one and BTW, they even don’t need to send their A-50 Awacs : the Kontainer radar has a much longer range. It’s French equiv., Nostradamus, used to ‘see’ B-2s over Kosovo and detects Ariane’s launchings in Guyana so @6000km!!!! And no way to jam such monsters except by using huge thermonukes to make monster EMP! The goal of AWACS is simply military air-control to avoid operating the same areas! Su-35 has Khybini ECM pod and the… Read more »
