The Syrian Arab Air Force restarted their aerial campaign over the east Aleppo countryside on Thursday, targeting several villages under the control of the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) in the Deir Hafer Plains and Al-Bab Plateau.

According to an Al-Masdar field correspondent, the Syrian Air Forces struck the Islamic State terrorists a number of times at the villages of Al-Bab, ‘Aran, Rasm Al-‘Alam, Madiyonah, ‘Ayn Al-Jahish, and Umm Al-Hosh.

The field correspondent further added that several Islamic State terrorists were killed or wounded because of these ferocious series of airstrikes over the east Aleppo countryside.

The Syrian Air Force’s airstrikes on Thursday marked the first time in three months that the government has targeted this region in the Aleppo Governorate.

‘d be better to find a way to deprogram their brainwashing…
I think if I’d been the MoD of some serious country, I wouldn’t command a study to see if it could be possible to make a kind of LSD-aerosol/gas…
It’d be funny to make them become nice hippies 🙂

It all depends : Never heard of the Ugroza kit for the S-5/S-8/S-13 rockets? The Mig-12 LanceR can have a LANTIRN laser designator underbelly and carry 2xUB-32-57 + 2xUB-16-57 rocket pods… Are 96 laser guided rockets enough for you? Can carry laser guided bombs too up to 500kg. There shouldn’t be any major problem to adapt a laser designator on any Mig-21. It don’t seem to me that even the russians use the Ugroza except for some Katioushas but this kit works very well with the airborne rockets like the S-5 (55mm), the S-8 (80mm) and the S-13 (130mm) as… Read more »
