At least four civilians were reportedly killed and scores more injured after militant groups fired several shells in Aleppo, Wednesday. Many of the wounded were taken to University Hospital in Aleppo.

Militant groups deployed in al-Rashideen district reportedly fired several rockets at the al-Hamdanya district.

Many of the injured, including women and children, are in a serious condition.

The shelling in Aleppo reportedly happened concurrently with further militant rocket attacks on Daraa and Sweida, leaving the total number of civilian casualties at up to 13 deaths, according to reports.
