Latakia

DAMASCUS, SYRIA (4:35 P.M.) – Jihadi militants in northern latakia countryside have released another propaganda video as the Idlib agreement stumbles.

Published by the pro-jihadi Al-Malhamah media outlets, the footage shows a number of the Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP) militants conducting military drills in the areas they control of the northern countryside of latakia.

According to the video, the jihadi elements featured in the footage are specialized in hit-and-run tactical warfare.

Founded by Uyghur jihadists in western China, the TIP has rejected the Idlib de-militarization zone agreement signed by Russian and Turkey on September 17.

The foreign jihadists publicly vowed to fight the Syrian Army and allied forces, disregarding all deals.

In the same context, the Syrian al-Qaeda offshoot, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, has conducted similar military drills in the western countryside of Idlib.
