Swaida

DAMASCUS, SYRIA (4:30 P.M.) – The Syrian forces are using heavy artillery and rocket shelling, in addition to airstrikes to expel the Islamic State from its last stronghold in east Swaida countryside.

Led by the elite 4th Division, the government troops managed to liberate large chunks of lands including Sheikh Hussein Tomb and the surrounding areas.

Footage taken from the battlefield shows the Russian jets and Syrian helicopters jointly bombing positions for the terror group in al-Safa Hills.

The offensive has resulted in the Syrian Army taking over several locations for ISIS, seizing their weapons.

The footage also features graphic images of ISIS corpses killed in the assault.

Yesterday, the government forces scored a massive advance in the al-Safa Hills region after fierce battles with the Islamic State militants.

My neighborhood street dogs have a better life style than these Islamic Jihad Daesh living in such caves and ravines. What a pathetic way to die for Islamic Jihad, wish some one will educate them that there are no 72 virgins. SAA please dont give any medical attention to the wounded and show any humanity and mercy. These killers killed the innocents 250+ in Sweida recently. Just leave them in the mountains to die. Bringing them in and sending them to hospital and keeping them under watch & in prisons etc is a waste of resources. Don’t film but put… Read more »

Daesh have more fleas and no Humanity. Daesh abused a Christian man and after an unsuccessful kidnapping plot, buried him alive under the desert. he was found by an American soldier. He now ives in a Jordanian camp and suffers from PTSD. His outcome appears bleak.
