Yesterday, the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) Republican Guard managed to fully recapture the al-Sina’ah district, thus reversing all gains made by ISIS in Deir Ezzor this week. Meanwhile, clashes are ongoing between the Kurdish YPG and pro-government National Defence Forces (NDF) in Qamishli city.
