New US reports suggest that Russia has delivered a shipment of armaments to Kurdish fighters of the YPG in Efrin who have been fighting with rebel forces in northern Aleppo in the past days. Moscow is also pushing to include Kurdish factions in the Geneva peace talks.

Syria is, from the ethnic point of view, not communautarist : you don’t know, as long as they don’t tell you about it, if your neighbours are kurds, allawits, shia or sunni. If there were ethnic tensions, Damascus being a really multi-ethnic city, people would kill each others… YPG is not terrorist BTW. If you consider the ideology of both YPG or even the PKK it’s not pro-US at all… You know, it’s the US who armed the vietcong against the frenchs at the begining… Was Ho Chi Minh pro-US?
