BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:00 A.M.) – The U.S. Coalition has established a new observation post in the northwestern countryside of the Al-Hasakah Governorate on Wednesday.

According to local reports, the U.S. Coalition established the observation post at the border-town of Tal Halaf, which is located to the west of Ras Al-‘Ayn.

Prior to the establishment of this observation post, the Turkish military was sporadically striking the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG) around the Ras Al-‘Ayn countryside.

This move by the U.S. military will not be received well by the Turkish regime, as this blocks their advance into this YPG-held area in northwestern Al-Hasakah.

On Wednesday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that his forces were preparing to kickoff their military operation east of the Euphrates River.

While Erdogan did not specify which town they were going to target, it is believed that the Turkish military will begin their operation near Manbij in northeast Aleppo.

I love when the coalition act this way.
In fact, hadn’t them teamed with YPG/SDF, Erdogan woud have invaded ALL northern Syria while YPG/SDF has eliminated the biggest of Daesh in the country.
