Ya han comenzado las negociaciones entre el alto mando del Ejército Árabe Sirio y los grupos islamistas para que estos entreguen el este de Alepo, señaló una fuente local a Al-Masdar el miércoles por la tarde.

Las dos partes están negociando la posible salida de todos los grupos islamistas del este de Alepo, a través del disputado distrito de Bustán al-Qasir.

Si los grupos islamistas aceptan los términos ofrecidos por las negociaciones de hoy, las fuerzas armadas sirias tendrán pleno control de algunos barrios del este de Alepo.

Si bien las fuerzas armadas sirias han encontrado algunos grupos rebeldes dispuestos a negociar, grandes facciones islamistas como Harakat Nureddín al-Zinki y Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (ex Jabhat al-Nusra) se niegan dialogar con el gobierno y sus aliados rusos.
