The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) embassy in Turkey has advised Saudi nationals to avoid traveling to Turkey in lieu of the recent terrorist attacks in Istanbul and Ankara.
“If it is not necessary, it is better to postpone traveling to Turkey until the situation calms down in the region,” the Saudi embassy said, rejecting to ban travel formally.
According to media reports, the embassy asked the Saudis who want to travel to Turkey to notify KSA’s consulates in Ankara and Istanbul prior to departure.
