BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:15 P.M.) – The Saudi-led Coalition resumed their bombing campaign over the Hodeidah Governorate this week, the official media wing of the Houthi forces reported.
According to the Houthi forces, the Saudi-led Coalition launched several airstrikes over the Hodeidah Governorate over the last few days, with some bombs even hitting the provincial capital again.
On Saturday, the Saudi-led Coalition bombed a number of sites inside the Hodeidah Governorate, including the Al-Jabanah area in the Al-Hali District.
In addition to their airstrikes over Hodeidah, the Saudi-led Coalition also targeted the northern Yemen provinces of Sa’ada, Hajjah, and Sana’a.
The Saudi-led Coalition militarily intervened in Yemen after President ‘Abd Rubbah Mansour Hadi was exiled from the capital city of Sanaa.
Since Hadi’s exile, the Saudi-led Coalition has been actively trying to take back a large portion of the country that is under the control of the Ansarallah Movement (var. Houthi Movement).
