BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:40 A.M.) – The Saudi Coalition troops scored a big advance in southern Yemen this week after launching a major assault against the Houthi forces (var. Ansarallah Movement) in the Dhale Governorate.
Backed by heavy airstrikes, the Saudi Coalition troops were able to seize several areas from the Houthi forces, including the villages of Beit Yazidi, Hasimi Heights, and Krash.
In addition to this advance, the Saudi Coalition troops are now working to encircle the Houthi forces at the Damt area of the Dhale Governorate.
If the Saudi Coalition is successful in this military endeavor, the Houthi forces will have no choice but to surrender this imperative province to the pro-government troops.
According to the official media wing of the Houthi forces, their troops have launched a counter-attack in order to retake the areas they lost to the Saudi Coalition.
