BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 A.M.) – The Saudi Coalition has killed at least 68 Yemeni civilians in the last 24 hours, the United Nations (U.N.) announced on Thursday.
Over the last 72 hours, the Saudi-led Coalition has reportedly killed 120 civilians, including 70+ Yemenis in the Tai’z Governorate.
The Saudi Coalition contends that they are aiding the pro-regime forces and targeting the Houthi forces; however, almost all of those killed by their airstrikes are civilians.
In addition to the death toll from airstrikes, the Yemeni population is under an inhuman air, land, and sea siege that has been imposed by the Saudi Coalition.
As a result of this siege, millions of Yemenis are at risk of starvation and life-threatening illnesses over the lack medicine.
