Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile complexes carried out combat shootings at targets in the Kaliningrad region, as shown by footage released by the Russian Ministry of Defence on Thursday.
According to the press service of the Russian Baltic Fleet, the drills were held as a part of a field training competition ‘Keys of the sky’ for air defence units.
A defence ministry statement said the targets were models of helicopters and armoured carriers located at a considerable distance from the complexes.
In total, two units of the Pantsir-S1 and about 50 military personnel of the air defence units of the Baltic Fleet participated in the drills.
