Aleppo, Syria (4:50 A.M.) – The Russian Air Force has been relentless tonight, conducting well over 70 airstrikes in the southern Aleppo countryside.
According to a military source at the Hama Airport, the Russian Air Force struck Jaysh Al-Fateh’s (Army of Conquest) positions inside the towns of Khan Touman and Khalsah, along with the Hikmah School, 1070 Al-Hamdaniyah Housing Project and Al-‘Amariyah District.
In addition to their airstrikes over southern Aleppo, the Russian Air Force attacked Fatah Halab jihadists in the northern districts of the provincial capital, targeting the Kafr Hamra-Layramoun axis and the Dahret ‘Abd Rabo District.
While the Russian Air Force pounds the jihadist rebels, the Syrian Armed Forces are attempting to advance at several fronts in southern Aleppo, including the 1070 Project.
So far, the Syrian Armed Forces have reported gains at the 1070 Project and the Al-‘Amariyah District.
