BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:45 P.M.) – The Russian-backed ISIS Hunters have reemerged in the eastern countryside of the Homs Governorate after the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) fully secured the cities of Al-Sukhnah and Palmyra (var. Tadmur) last year.

Formed in 2016, the ISIS Hunters were quickly utilized by the Syrian military in several operations against the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) in eastern Syria.

However, since early 2018, the ISIS Hunters have mostly disappeared from social media as many of their soldiers no longer posted photos from the battlefield in eastern Syria.

This would change this week as several photos of the ISIS Hunters showed the group near the front-lines in the Badiya Al-Sham region of Deir Ezzor and Homs.

With the Syrian Arab Army gearing up for a new offensive in the Badiya Al-Sham region, the ISIS Hunters will once again be called on to assist in operations against the Islamic State in this vast desert region.

God bless each one of them.

Beware! There are many creepy Daesh nests in this vast area, well fortified and connected by tunnels.
They’ve had over a year of supplies from the Americans at al-Zuqf, so they’ve probably got hidden many state-of-the-art weapons, such as MANPADs.

These are the same ISIS-Hunters who were disbanded after it became known that they indulged in the disgusting and illegal practice – copied from their equally disgusting enemies – of decapitating anyone they had taken prisoner? If I recall correctly the Russians refused to have anything to do with them.
