Deir Ezzor City, Syria (3:15 A.M.) – The Russian Air Force took no prisoners in the Deir Ezzor Governorate on Tuesday, as they pulverized the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) terrorists that were attempting to advance inside this desert province in eastern Syria.

According to a senior officer in the Syrian Arab Army’s 104th Airborne Brigade of the Republican Guard, the Russian Air Force destroyed several Islamic State vehicles all over the outskirts of the provincial capital, killing a large number of terrorists in the process.

Russian bombers would conduct several important air raids against the Islamic State terrorists at Al-Jufra, Ayyash, Al-Muri’iyah, Panorama checkpoint, Al-Hamidiyah, and Wadi Al-Thayyem; this barrage of airstrikes would prove vital for the Syrian Republican Guard and 17th Reserve Division.

By the early afternoon hours, the Syrian Armed Forces were in full control of every point ISIS attacked on Monday and Tuesday in the Deir Ezzor Governorate, including the Al-Jufra Farms and Panorama Checkpoint.

The Chief of Staff for the Syrian Arab Army’s 17th Division, General Haytham Ibrahim, would later visit the battlefield to inspect forces after the ISIS was repelled:

Calm has now prevailed over this desert front, as all of the Islamic State’s offensive forces have retreated from their attack points.

Unlike the Obumbler, the Russians have no qualms about killing ISIS snakes.
