Vitaly Ivanovich Churkin, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, has questioned why the United States suddenly wants to “help” the Syrian Army with airstrikes against ISIS after years of doing nothing.

He then went onto suggest that it was actually in regards to the ceasefire situation in Syria.

“US Airstrike was intended to disrupt the ceasefire process and to drive the situation out of control,” Churkin said.

He then went onto suggest that the ceasefire deal is in jeopardy.

“This could be the end of the deal between the United States and Russia,” he warned.

He then went onto state “who is in charge in Washington? Is it the White House or the Pentagon?”

“Russia believes the United States attack on the Syrian Army was not a mistake,” he continued.

In responding to Russia’s emergency United Nations Security Council meeting, the United States United Nations envoy claimed that the meeting is “a stunt”, undermining the severity of U.S. airstrikes that killed over 80 Syrian Army soldiers.

Continuing with his scathing attack on the United States, Churkin questioned why they did nothing when ISIS took Palmyra.

He then went onto highlight the shortsightedness of the United States and said that Russia “warned the West about Iraq, Libya and Syria,” in regards to the extremists that have taken over and the instability of those states.

Ha-ha -what a joke. Assads were gone if it wasnt for the kurds and nato defeating ISIS as well. If Kurds were against Assads in stead of neutral nor being agressor at all, the Assads was gone long time ago too.

You really dont get it at all. Assads are only there because of russian airbases, Hesbollah, palestinians and Iranians. If Assad was leader of Syria so many people wouldnt deny that so much. .

USA has been fighting ISIS very active for 4 years now and then they are on ISIS side. US and others has that as priority 1 because the bomb and shoot westerns – TOO.

Assads has to be removed too, but they are nr 2.

cant remember US has bombed SAA before, and then a lot with much more dirty hands themselves are going skyhihgh. Pathetic. assads bombing civilians every day, Barral bombs, gas….

You will be next, but US i Der El Zor thought it was ISIS. Cant see US and Nato can gain anything by doing that.

Well, and why have they then given YPG and other kurds many weapons, training as well as air support to kill so many of them.

Oh, you’ve got a lot lo learn, boy. You dont understand that its easier & less painful make a third party kill your enemy instead of doing it by yourself? USA is USING Kurds against ISIS and viceversa, and when Kurds aint needed, they will be left in the floor like a dirt Kleenex, face it…

Because SyAAF was nearly out of use, because Syrians couldn’t cope anymore and because Russia didn’t wanted Syria to fall in the hands of Qaeda or Daesh…

Agree too. Not many expected Qaeda and Daesh could take over that much. Think they also knew Sunni arabs would take the main sunni territory(The max ISIS) in Syria as well as in Iraq.

Think they also didnt bother if some milder Assad – look a likes took over in stead. Something like that.

Think no one expected som many would join and support ISIS and dont se, they are as criminel as they are.

Difference is that Russia were asked by the Syrian government. Nobody asked for the United States to help them. And Russia were helping the Syrian government by means of logistics and aid since 2011.

Easy to explain. They were surpriced too by the rapidly growing opposition and the kind of uprise. Like others they have their problems about supporting whome. Think their main are the bases and oil around the Turks.

The Russians must know that there can be no negotiated settlement with the US and that the US will never allow IS’s military capabilities to be fully destroyed in the ME – they wouldnt’ have spent 15 years creating them otherwise. Bleating about it to the UN does nothing. I’d call China and tell them to get ready if I were Putin. Anyone who was not suspicious of Russia’ motives before should be by now.

The humanity should not only ask who is in charge, Pentagon or White House in this unelected Imperium. Others to suggest are CIA which created Al Qaida and ISIS against whom the White House is reluctant to fight. And the real power the Rotchild Dynasty who rules both US and EU, according to its own words “without caring which puppets” are sitting on the thrones.
Of these four I consider the CIA the most dangerous and horrific doomsday organisation which needs to demantled.

The doublle moral are from russians, assads and others bombing like that every day incl. civiliands hospital, gas, barral bombs a.s.o.

Might even be so, that USA has done i 4 times and all 4 are well described as they were and are. All the dayli ones by others are just incidents and scores like PC games.

We PRAY Putin understands that the vast majority of the American people do NOT actually trust OUR OWN LEADER and his peoples currently in office. This includes Hillary Clinton. We DO wish those guilty and fully corrupt individuals to be held accountable for these DISGUSTING actions! My family, friends, and I do NOT wish to be harmed in the process nor feel we personally should be held accountable for their sick actions. Of course the best solution we likely see is you HELP US get these criminals out of our Whitehorse, out of our government. Take them to some FAR… Read more »

As I see it US and allies are very strong because they are warming up for taking Mosul (a very slow warming up). Thats why they have the xtra ones and try to cover wider areas better because of ISIS traffic incl. escape and support for Mosul. I also see ISIS has just killed a lot of Kurds and otherrs in Hassaka and could be som answer to the “why” too. No reason to kill Assads killing ISIS and each other. This is not Assad territory at all, Not even palmyra are safe after Years and bombardments again an again… Read more »
