BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:20 P.M.) – The Russian Ministry of Defense denied, Tuesday, that their military conducted any attack inside the Idlib Governorate.

The army “has not and does not use them, not in the past and not in the future, because it does not have them in the first place,” the source said,” a military source told RT.

According to opposition activists, at least 58 people were killed by this gas attack in the Idlib Governorate this morning.
