(TASS) Russia is ready to extend humanitarian pause in Aleppo for as long as possible, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday after talks in Berlin.

“We also informed about the Russian side’s plans to extend the pause in delivering airstrikes (in Aleppo) for as long as possible, depending on the developments in this territory,” Putin said. Russia is ready to observe the pause “until we face intensification of activities of armed groups in Aleppo,” he added.

“We hope that our partners, first of all US partners, will fulfill everything that they have promised so far on separating the so-called moderate opposition from Jebhat al-Nusra terrorists and the like, so that we understand how we can continue joint work,” he concluded.

“I once again reminded our colleagues that Russia proposes to step up work in this sphere on devising and adopting a new constitution, on the basis of which preliminary election may be held and positions of all conflicting parties may be preliminarily coordinated,” Putin said.

The Russian president noted that all countries in the region should be involved in this process.

This is a Civilized Place for Public Discussion

Please treat this discussion with the same respect you would a public park. We, too, are a shared community resource — a place to share skills, knowledge and interests through ongoing conversation.

These are not hard and fast rules, merely guidelines to aid the human judgment of our community and keep this a clean and well-lighted place for civilized public discourse.

Improve the Discussion

Help us make this a great place for discussion by always working to improve the discussion in some way, however small. If you are not sure your post adds to the conversation, think over what you want to say and try again later.

The topics discussed here matter to us, and we want you to act as if they matter to you, too. Be respectful of the topics and the people discussing them, even if you disagree with some of what is being said.

Be Agreeable, Even When You Disagree

You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That’s fine. But remember to criticize ideas, not people. Please avoid:

  • Name-calling
  • Ad hominem attacks
  • Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.

Could perfectly happen in a few years. KSA inside situation looks like a pressure cooking with obturated valve. The best solution would probably be some kind of coup by some powerful person fed up by such a backwardist society…
