BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:26 P.M.) – Moscow is disappointed by attempts to justify terrorists’ offensive near Damascus and Hama in Syria, Russia’s Foreign Ministry Official Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters, stressing that this “propaganda game” is inadmissible, TASS reported.

“The consequences of the large-scale bloody provocation are being cleared out now, and Syrian forces are returning to their positions,” Zakharova noted.

“We detected that the terrorists’ activities near Damascus and Hama had been well synchronized and very thoroughly worked out,” she added. “The al-Nusra radicals managed to attract militants from groups that had joined the ceasefire in their offensives.”

Moscow “is disappointed by the assessments of these events by some opposition politicians and certainly Western and regional mass media outlets that try to justify the terrorists,” Zakharova emphasized. “They depicted this as a success for the Free Syrian Army in the fight against the regime.”

“This propaganda game is inadmissible,” she stressed. “Everyone should understand that any activities involving al-Nusra, the Islamic State and other branches of Al-Qaeda should be condemned decisively and in absolute terms.”

Zakharova is d**n right. No one can justify to be in bed with IS and Qaeda. And if “vetted moderates” take their “donated” equipment to these operations – Turkey and other bakers must rethink.

p.s. Turkey is crying about Istanbul and Ankara terrorist blasts and helps to perpetrate the same type hideous crimes in Syria. What if other follow?

The Western nations all follow the same US flag . Many NATO nations have been directly involved in training and arming terrorists who are destroying much of Syria as we all realise.

The terrorists of all the various factions are essentially gangsters who seek to steal other peoples property. A poor mans USA in reality.

Its time to exterminate the terror bandits with all means available.

3 NATO nations is not many when there are 28. NATO is NOT a political alliance and actually, political interests can even sometimes clash, i.e EU relations with Turkey are pretty tense. US geopolitical ‘experiments’ in the MENA and even Ukraine are pretty toxic for the EU. Matters are far to be as boolean as you seem to perceive, moreover, was there a NATO will to invade Syria, Iraq, Iran or ANY country, I don’t thing any would be able to resist such action of an entity that alone represents 70% of military spending on the planet! Thus, I agree… Read more »

GCC’s Qatar and KSA are the main financiers of this war to destroy Syria.

And only the NATO countries US, Turkey, France and GB have ever been involved together with GCC’s Qatar, KSA plus Jordan in training and arming terrorists.

So it is much more an Arab League and inner Muslim war that devastates Syria. Especially the Takfiri hardliners have been
vetted and trained by the Arabs and Turks.

Esto ocurre por que Rusia lo permite, el primero en burlarse en su cara es Erdogan, es el principal abastecedor de armas y municiones incluyendo mercenarios, de nada sirvió el acuerdo de Astana.
