BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:40 P.M) – The Russian Reconciliation Center issued a statement on Wednesday blaming western states for terrorist groups obtaining chemical weapons in Syria.

According to the Chief of the Russian Reconciliation Center, Lt. Gen. Vladimir Savchenko,  Western states are planning to use groups affiliated with them to stage a chemical attack and accuse the Syrian governmental forces committing it.

The Russian official said that these acts are irresponsible and they allowed Daesh (ISIS) to obtain toxic substances.

Savchenko’s statements came after reports of Islamic State terrorists seizing chemical weapons from their jihadist adversaries in the northern countryside of the Hama Governorate.

Savchenko added that the stolen cylinders were transported to the Aleppo countryside and they were handed to a group of Hurras al-Din (Guardians of Religion) which is affiliated to Daesh terrorist organization.

Chlorine is pretty easy to do with basic chemicals and is more an incapacitating gas very very unlikely to be lethal. It’s more violent than the classic CS tear gas.
When it comes to Sarin used for e.g. the 2013 East Ghouta massacre (1000 dead +), it was seized from Benghazi arsenals. According to South-Front, it was moved from Libya to Turkey by Belhadj, a Qaedan with an airline in Libya. Who funds him is not clear.
Nevertheless, Gaddafi Sarin came from the Russians/Soviets, so…
Nevertheless, Russians are hammering the CW false-flag narrative for 3 months and it still didn’t happened…

Nato country’s are very well known for chemicals, they did it already under Sadan ! It’s about like Trump and SAUdi’s, he don’t want to loose 150 trillion a year on business with Saudi’s ! A man without any moral or human understanding !
