According to reports by Almasirah, the official Houthi media outlet, a surface-to-surface ballistic missile hit Saudi Arabia earlier today.
Specifically, the missile hit a power facility in Jizan, located in the southwestern corner of Saudi Arabia.
A few weeks ago, Houthi rebels reportedly attacked a military base in Riyadh province. Saudi Arabia didn’t comment on the attack, and the Houthis released video footage of the launch of the missile shortly after the attack.
It is unclear what exact missile was used in this latest attack, but there is a good chance that it was a variant of a Scud missile.
