BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:30 A.M.) – A sleeper cell loyal to the Free Syrian Army (FSA) released a new video this week that showed their operatives blowing up a Syrian Arab Army (SAA) checkpoint in rural Daraa.
Based on the footage, a group calling itself the “People’s Resistance” showed the moment a Syrian Arab Army checkpoint was blown up near the town of Al-Nimr in northwestern Daraa:
#Militants of so called 'People resistance' who are unwilling to reconcile with the #Syrian Government yesterday captured on video their attack on the #SAA check-point at Nimar settlement in #Daraa Province. pic.twitter.com/fBUwjhPdY7

While they claimed responsibility for this latest attack, they made no mention of the recent assault against the Syrian Arab Army in Nahtah.
The group has rejected the reconciliation with the Syrian government and has taken similar approach as the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units have in the Afrin region.
