DAMASCUS, SYRIA (5:15 P.M.) – At least one civilian was killed, 10 others wounded as jihadi militants hit the government-held Jaba town in Quneitra province with mortars.
Local sources said that the mortar shells were fired from the nearby Masharah village currently held by al-Qaeda-linked group. Children were reported to be among the injured.
The bloody attack comes ahead a prospected wide-scale offensive to be launched soon by the Syrian Army with the objective to reclaim all insurgent-controlled territories in Daraa and Qunetra provinces.
