BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:00 P.M.) – A jihadist rebel from the Maldives in Southeast Asia was reportedly killed by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the northern Hama countryside on Saturday.

“Abu Yousif Al-Maldivi” was mourned by several Syrian opposition activists on Sunday after Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s media wing released the information regarding his death.

According to the Al-Qaeda affiliate’s media wing, Abu Yousif Al-Maldivi was reportedly killed during clashes with the Syrian Arab Army inside the key town of Taybat Al-Imam in northern Hama.

The Maldives are located in the Arabian Sea, just southwest of India.

Adherence to Sunni religion is required for citizenship. All other religions are forbidden in the Maldives. Dissenters are expatriated. Tourist should not go to this shithouse.
