BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:00 P.M.) – Yemeni President Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi claimed that Iran was the main obstacle towards a resolution to the ongoing conflict in his country, in an address to the UN General Assembly in New York City on Wednesday.

“Iran carries out blatant interventions in Yemen. It finances the Houthi militia, it provides it with weapons, missiles, equipment and experts,” Hadi stated.

In this regard the Yemeni leader called on the international community to put pressure on Tehran “in order to compel it to abide to international resolutions and to peace efforts.”

President Mansour Hadi also thanked Saudi Arabia saying that it had “played a leading role in mitigating our humanitarian suffering in Yemen.”

This is a Civilized Place for Public Discussion

Please treat this discussion with the same respect you would a public park. We, too, are a shared community resource — a place to share skills, knowledge and interests through ongoing conversation.

These are not hard and fast rules, merely guidelines to aid the human judgment of our community and keep this a clean and well-lighted place for civilized public discourse.

Improve the Discussion

Help us make this a great place for discussion by always working to improve the discussion in some way, however small. If you are not sure your post adds to the conversation, think over what you want to say and try again later.

The topics discussed here matter to us, and we want you to act as if they matter to you, too. Be respectful of the topics and the people discussing them, even if you disagree with some of what is being said.

Be Agreeable, Even When You Disagree

You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That’s fine. But remember to criticize ideas, not people. Please avoid:

  • Name-calling
  • Ad hominem attacks
  • Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.

Houthis started the war and did a coup with Iran’s help, they reinstalled resigned former prez Saleh which they murdered last December since he started to negotiate on his own to stop the bloodshed!
Hezbollah media wing takes care of Houthis’ propaganda.
Customisation of Russian SAMs into ballistic missiles are an Iranian trademark. The C-802 anti-ship missiles Houthis used are Iranian copies of the Chinese missile, Hezbo has used the same missile against the Israeli frigate in 2006.
Stop trying to whitewash the raffidah shitlamik republic, nobody is fooled

Hadi is the legitimate president, he called MBS for help just like Assad called Putin. Only idiots don’t know about Houthis being Iranian proxies and that they started the war in Yemen!
