Amid a staggering but nonetheless ongoing offensive against the Syrian Army and allied paramilitaries in the southeastern countryside of Idlib province by militant groups, the Turkistan Islamic Party Al-Qaeda affiliate faction has brought several truck-mobile artillery pieces to bear against government defenses.
