DAMASCUS, SYRIA (12:15 A.M.) – The Syrian government forces repelled a massive attack by jihadi groups on Massasnah village in northern Hama countryside, killing and wounding scores.

The assault, the third of its kind since the village fell to the government troops last week, was spearheaded by the Syrian al-Qaeda Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) in collaboration with other FSA-affiliated factions.

The Syrian Army, backed by paramilitary forces and Russian airstrikes, has snatched large swathes of territories from the jihadi groups as part of a wide-scale military operation to expel the opposition forces from the northern countryside of Hama.

The insurgents – which launched their attack from Lataminah and Markabeh – are desperately attempt to recover Massasnah as it will be the launch pad for the government forces to further advance northward.

Now, French had about 5000 dead while the enemies registered 4389 dead but also 3671 “disappeared” which ended buried by French artillery, in other terms, with 8000 losses vs. 5000, most of your fertiliser was either Brit or Prussian thus a good % of Dutch too 😆 We’ve seen the Brit real value in Dunkirk… Read more »

Do calm down Daeshbag, I was merely stating facts of history. I have never doubted the courage of French soldiery and the American opinion of the French as ‘ Surrender Monkeys’ I regard as insulting to your heritage. As for the reasons Dunkirk, it was a debacle from start to finish. As for Dresden , I totally agree with you and as the RAF bombed by day the USAF bombed by night on a city known to be filled with refugees with little or no military importance. It was in fact just another Terror Raid. As for Scotland and Ulster,… Read more »
