On Saturday evening, the Palestinian resistance forces captured an Israeli spy drone that landed inside the town of Beit Lahia in the Gaza Strip’s northern countryside.
Palestinian sources reported that their fighters managed to seize the aircraft after it crash landed in the Gaza Strip.
Hamas’ military wing – Liwaa Al-Qassam – reportedly downed an Israeli spy drone above the Gaza Strip after it was shot down; it was allegedly later used by the Palestinian resistance (no official confirmation).
These spy drones are used for reconnaissance and surveillance missions, setting goals, directing fire at any moving target with high accuracy – they have a high potential for continuous flight.
