BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:50 A.M.) – The Houthi forces allegedly suffered heavy casualties inside the Hajjah Governorate on Saturday after a fierce battle with the Hajour Tribe along the Saudi-Yemeni border.
According to local reports, the Houthi forces launched a new attack against a group of fighters from the Hajour Tribe in the northern part of Yemen’s Hajjah Governorate.
The reports said that the Hajour Tribe was able to foil the Houthi attack in northern Hajjah, thanks in large part to the assistance they received from the Saudi Coalition’s airstrikes.
They would add that more than 30 Houthi fighters were killed during this fierce battle on Saturday.
With a fragile ceasefire ongoing in the Hodeidah Governorate, most of the fighting in Yemen has shifted to the Saudi border region.
