BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:30 P.M.) – The U.S. military currently has no timeline for the withdrawal of their forces from Syria, a senior State Department official told Reuters on Friday.

“We have no timeline for our military forces to withdraw from Syria,” the official said before a visit to the Middle East next week by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

“Just to clarify, we do not — we do not intend to have an indefinite military presence in Syria. The president has made the decision that we will withdraw and we are formulating the plans to do that right now,” they added.

There has been much discussion about the timeframe regarding the U.S.’ withdrawal, with some reports claiming that the American military would be leaving Syria within the next four months.

No timetable means no withdrawal, just somewhere far, far away in time.

One thing is sure : if Yanks+French withdraw from Rojava, there’ll be an immediate Turkish invasion and Ottomans still illegally occupy the Greek capital city [Constantinople] for more than 500 years and even have desecrated the Hagia-Sophia cathedral.
