Previously, Image Satellite International released similar photos last month; they showed the erection of the S-300 system at this airbase near the Venezuelan capital.
The Venezuelan is one of several countries in the world that possess the Russian-made S-300 system.
During the tenure of former Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, the country saw a large increase in the purchase of military equipment, making them one of the most powerful nations in Latin America.
