BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:45 P.M.) – The jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham has taken control of the entire western region of the Idlib Governorate after launching a large-scale offensive against their former allies from the Turkish-backed National Liberation Front.

According to the latest reports from the Idlib front, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham has taken control of the entire rebel-held part of the Al-Ghaab Plain following an agreement with the National Liberation Front.

In addition to surrendering Al-Ghaab, the National Liberation Front also surrendered the Jabal Shashabo region, which overlooks the former from its eastern axis.

With both the Al-Ghaab Plain and Jabal Shashabo regions under their control, Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham has now shifted their attention to the key cities of Saraqib, Ariha and Ma’arat Al-Nu’man.

All three of these aforementioned cities are the last major strongholds under the control of the National Liberation Front in the Idlib Governorate.

Should they lose these three cities, the National Liberation Front will no longer maintain a large presence inside Idlib.

Nusra/Al Qaeda is still protected by Turkey, because there are Turkish “observation points” guarding its territory, along with that of the NLF jihadists. Erdogan never stopped supporting these terrorists.

That is true but SAA has bombed close to these post. Will Turks fight SAA or flee? I think they will bug-out. They will say Assad violated the agreement or something along those lines. They’ll take some proxies along also.

Good! Forthright terrorists are better than imposters of the “moderate rebel” kind. Hopefully, HTS will conquer the entire region, and then the smoking out can finally begin.

Is Russia tolerating Turkey terrorists actions ? Invading Syria is an act of terrorism, smuggling oil and industrial part of Syria (with the help of ISIS) is an act of terrorism, supporting USA-NATO bombing Syria is an act of terrorism, and supporting terrorists in Idlib is an act of terrorism. Yes, the commercial and economical plans Russia-Turkey are mcuh much important than any Turkey action in Syria.
