BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 P.M.) – A new in-depth interview with a captured Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) fighter from Canada has been released by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) this week.

In the video, the captured ISIS fighter, identified as Mohammad ‘Abdullah Mohammad, says that he traveled to Syria in 2013 from Turkey and joined a group that would later link up with the Islamic State in the northern part of the country.

The captured ISIS fighter would then tell the SDF about how he made his way from the Idlib province to neighboring Aleppo, where he eventually stayed in Raqqa for a few years.

Following his stay in Raqqa, he was forced to retreat to the large town of Al-Mayadeen in Deir Ezzor and then later to the eastern pocket of the ISIS’ Euphrates River Valley pocket.

In the next two videos, the captured ISIS fighter talks about the current state of the terrorist group and how many fighters they currently have in the eastern Euphrates.

He says that many ISIS fighters and their family members are paying smugglers to get them to Turkey, so they can escape the battlefield.

He adds that the Islamic State still has thousands of fighters inside the Euphrates River Valley.

This is not new and it’s an open secret. Why d’you think Turkey is at odds with the EU and the USA? Just think about it : Turkey gets no waiver about the S-400 purchases : US strictly apply the CAATSA law. Meanwhile, both India and Vietnam, which aren’t NATO countries, get waivers, and India is the #1 client for Russian weapons, buys S-400 and is implied at 50% in Su-57’s development while at the same time purchasing P-8, C-17, C-130J, AH-64 and US Howitzers… Lockheed-Martin even proposed India to move their Fort-Worth F-16 factory to India, would they chose… Read more »

Isis “has thousands of fighters in the Euphrates river valley” ?!!! That is an obvious lie. This terrorist does not know what he is talking about. He obviously fails in geography as there is no such thing as a Euphrates river valley.
