DAMASCUS, SYRIA (2:55 P.M.) – Kurdish sleeper cells continue to hunt down Turkish-backed militants across Afrin region in northern Syria, also threatening the Turkish military with sabotage operations.

YPG press office released an official statement detailing the operations carried out by its units in Afrin as follows:

  • On August 30, a group of the FSA-linked Northern Storm Brigade (Asefat al-Shamal) were ambushed , killing and injuring several. This took place in the area located between the villages of Qatma and Qastal Jindou of Shara district.
  • On August 31, three Turkish-backed militants were killed, and three others wounded when YPG fighters targeted them while on a mop-up operation in Bashamrah village of Sherawa district.
  • On September 1, YPG units conducted an effective operation targeting a joint patrol for Turkish troops and Syrian rebels inside Afrin city. The operation killed 3 and seriously wounded 3 others.

The FSA doesnt have to be Turkish backed; it originally started as Yanker backed and basically, many pieces of vermin or even groups decided to join the FSA; leave out the Turkish bit AMN.

Actually, Yanks were hired through pay-to-play on the Clnton Foundation. Take a look at US budget! Congress never ever voted any of such operation and neither did they ever voted any budget. Have the Yanks some responsibility at facilitating this disgusting turmoil, definitively YES! BUT it is NOT a Yankee operation and never was! Have you any idea of the cost of 7 years of proxy war?
