Jihadi groups in northern Aleppo attempted to seize a facility they have lost yesterday to Syria’s government troops in the industrial district of Al-Layramoun.
Violent battles erupted in the shattered neighborhood today which ended in the jihadi groups losing scores of fighters.
A Saudi jihadist, nicknamed Abu Moaz al-Jazrawi, blew his VBIED near the contested facility, causing enormous damage without changing the course of battles.
A military source confirmed that Army units managed to prematurely detonate the booby-trapped vehicle before infiltrating deep in Army defensives.
Having repelled the attack with the minimum casualties, the Army still in control of the facility.
