BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:30 P.M.) – The militant forces in northern Hama recently carried out a missile strike on a Syrian Arab Army (SAA) T-72 tank in the town of Shizar.
The missile, which was likely fired from a distance of 5 kilometers or more, managed to hit its intended target, which was parked inside the Hama Governorate town.
According to a Syrian military source in Damascus, the anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) that was fired in the video is likely part of the new generation of ATGMs that they received from Turkey.
The source added that the previous ATGMs used by the militants did not travel these lengths when fired.
