BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:20 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has sent a massive convoy of reinforcements to the northern border cities this week in response to the recent advances by the Turkish military and their allied militants.

On Tuesday, the Syrian military was seen arriving at the border cities of ‘Ayn ‘Issa (Al-Raqqa), Kobane (Aleppo), and Tal Tamr, as they prepare to protect all areas south of them.

In a video released by state-owned Al-Ikbariya Tv, columns of Syrian Army reinforcements can be seen deploying to northern Syria in order to protect the areas they recently moved into.

The Syrian Arab Army has already said they will not concede any of the territories where their troops are currently present.

They have also called on Turkey to immediately withdraw from northern Syria and to halt their aid to groups labeled terrorist groups by Damascus.
