BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:25 P.M.) – A massive explosion occurred in southeast Turkey, today, resulting in 18 soldiers being wounded in the Hakkari province.

According to Turkish state TV, a roadside bomb hit a military convoy in the Yuksekova District of the Hakkari province, which both Iran and Iraq.

All of the wounded soldiers have been taken to a local military hospital for treatment.

Turkish activists have accused the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) of carrying out the attack.
