DAMASCUS, SYRIA (4:45 P.M.) – Russian law enforcers arrested the perpetrator of mass murder in Tver region where 9 people were killed in cold blood last night.
What started as a minor domestic incident in one of the cottage communities, resulted in bloody massacre when a 45-year-old electrician grabbed a shotgun and shot his neighbours, with whom he had a quarrel just prior to the tragedy.
One of the victims, having miraculously survived the shooting, managed to call the police.
Police officers who arrived at the scene detained the shooter and discovered eight bodies – five men and three women – lying everywhere in the garden. Video footage filmed by reporters at the crime scene shows the aftermath of the massacre:
Body of the ninth victim was discovered in the trunk of one of the cars parked near the crime scene. An informed source told Russian TASS agency that this last victim was shot after she had refused to dig her own grave.
Official representative of the Investigative Committee told reporters that the perpetrator had committed mass murder under influence of alcohol.
