BEIRUT, LEBANON (2:50 P.M.) – Lebanese President Michel ‘Aoun accused Israel of ethnically cleansing Palestinian lands, while criticizing the latter’s recent decision to collect taxes from holy sites.

“Israel’s decision is systematic targeting what’s left of the Christian presence in the Occupied Lands,” Aoun said, adding that Israel is resorting to the ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

Israel recently decided to tax holy sites, prompting outrage from many Palestinians and regional leaders.

The Lebanese President has been on a diplomatic offensive against Israel since the Israeli Defense Minister stated that the Block 9 oil and gas site in the Mediterranean belongs to Israel, not Lebanon.

l**o! It’s Palestinians doing ethnic cleansing : How many Jews in Ramallah or Bethlehem? ZERO! And BTW, remember how ALL Arab states expelled all Jews since 1948? Those living in Tunisia settled here under Carthage Empire 2000 years ago! Lebanese Jews had to flee the country too. Mr.Aoun should maybe remember that Israelis helped Lebanon to not fall to Arafat and his rats, even if it ended with Hafeez al-Assad forcing PLO out of the country… Lebanon needs more Christians wth b***s like the Gemayel’s Phalanges, not pussies getting shagged by Nasrallah like senile Aoun. Now maybe Mr.Aoun is too… Read more »
