The Lebanese Army arrested two men in Jaroud ‘Arsal that were believed to be members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS).
According to the Lebanese Army, the two men were identified as Malek Mahmoud Al-Sultan (Lebanese national) and ‘Umar Mahmoud Al-‘Uthman (Syrian national).
Both of the suspects have been transferred to the competent authorities in Beirut for further questioning.
