DAMASCUS, SYRIA (7:45 A.M.) – An alleged video from jihadist-controlled east Aleppo showed civilians raising a banner of the Syrian President, Bashar Al-Assad, near the gates of the Abu Bakr Al-Sadiq Mosque in the Qadi Askar District last night.
While Al-Masdar News is unable to verify the authenticity of the video, it was released by a rather credible source from the Aleppo Governorate.
The Qadi Askar District, which is located in jihadist-controlled east Aleppo, has long been under the control of Fatah Halab militants, so the origin of this video is somewhat questionable.
On Tuesday, a video from the Bustan Al-Qasr District was released showing civilians protesting the jihadist rebels for withholding humanitarian aid from the people.
In response to this protest, the jihadist rebels opened fire on dozens of civilians to get them to disperse from the streets of Bustan Al-Qasr.
