BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has been on a roll lately in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, liberating 6 villages from the Islamic State (ISIS) forces in a matter of 48 hours.

On Tuesday, the Syrian Arab Army’s “Tiger Forces” continued their successful military operations in the Al-Bab Plateau, liberating the villages of Bayjan and Musharifah after a fierce battle with the Islamic State.

With these two villages under their control, the Syrian Arab Army has successfully secured the the northern perimeter of the Kuweires Military Airport, while also building on their recent gains near Al-Bab.

The Syrian Arab Army is now attacking the terrorist forces south of Tadef, as they attempt to seize this strategic town from the Islamic State militants.
